In 1995, Joseph A. Romagnolo opened an office on Staten Island where he operated the largest law firm on Staten Island with 62 employees and 22 attorneys. With staff that large, Mr. Romagnolo felt he was spending too much time administratively and not enough time being a trial laywer.

In 2007, Mr. Romagnolo felt the need to operate a smaller firm where he can concentrate on being a trial laywer.

With his 25 years of experience, The Law Office of Joseph A. Romagnolo was opened to handle any type of of complex personal injury matter and has been able to conentrate their practice to the areas of personal injury.

Over the past years, Joseph A. Romagnolo has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.

About Joseph A. Romagnolo

Joseph A. Romagnolo was born, raised and with exception of law school, educated on Staten Island.

Upon completion of Brooklyn Law School, Joseph Romagnolo passed the Bar Exam and was admitted to the Bars of New York and New Jersey.

He was later admitted to the Bars of US District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Joseph Romagnolo has been in private practice since 1997. Mr. Romagnolo has successfully represented thousands of clients who have been injured in all types of accidents ranging from car accidents, slip and fall cases, pedestrian knockdowns, bicyclist knockdowns, dog bites, construction accidents, medical malpractice, airline accidents, motorcycle accidents and food poisining.

Mr. Romagnolo has been able to negotiate settlements in a majority of the cases, but when settlement could not be reached, Mr. Romagnolo has successfully tried cases in Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx and Queens.
